Debra has more than 25 years’ experience in property investing, Australia-wide. She has used a range of strategies to build her property portfolio including renovating, adding dwellings, sub dividing and development. Debra is skilled in building profitable property portfolios, and sourcing properties that have multiple uses and multiple exit strategies. She established and runs her own property advisory company in Sydney’s Inner West and is a wealth of quality knowledge around property investing.
A licensed real estate agent, Debra also holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business degrees, and is a Qualified Property Investment Advisor (QPIA). She is an author, speaker and passionate advocate for increasing transparency in the property and wealth industries.
