James Ruben has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry and is currently a director at m3property, a national property valuation and advisory firm.
James has worked extensively in both the private and public sector, providing valuation and property consulting advice. James has completed a Bachelor of Property Economics, and also holds a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution. He is a certified practising valuer and is licensed to provide valuations all over Australia.
James is also currently an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute and a member of the Valuers Chapter of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, he is the current Vice President of the Property Owners Association of NSW.
